Sales Policy
Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. Some products may not be available for immediate shipments. In this case the buyer will be informed of the expected time of shipmens. For more information please contact to jm@jmceramic.com

Delivery Policy
We will ship products in stock items on the next working day after receipt of an order and payment and will be delivered within in 15 working days. We will notify customer if an item is out of stock and the buyer will be informed of the expected time of shipment.

Methods of Delivery
Most of the products are delivered through DHL. EMS, TNT, UPS, FED EX are also available.

Return Policy
The buyer must inform us within 7days after receipt of products (email to: jm@jmceramic.com ). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and the product's in its original condition and packaging for full refund.

Warrantees
There are 2% chance of product damage during shipping. If the product breaks during shipment, we will send it again upon the request of the customer. And we are responsible for the shipping cost but not the tax. However, for the first delivery, customer is responsible for shipment.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Since our products are made by hand, so there slightly differences in specifications. However, we ensure best quality in our products in order buyer's satisfaction.

Other conditions
Buyer will be responsible for import tax and other cost of shipment as an importer.
